I disagree. I feel that in dealing with stateless terrorists, the ends do justify the means. In the case of Pakistan, informing the government would have the terrorists being informed. In other cases, the governments of the countries are on board, and also want AQ out of their countries.

I trust the Obama administration to do this correctly with as little collateral damage as possible. Compared to the collateral damage in a war, it's quite minimal.

I do have concerns that following administrations might not be as careful.
