Tony Ker, CEO of Ridgeline Energy Services (RLE), will be our speaker on Tuesday. Ridgeline is a water treatment company. Development of North America's unconventional resources like the Bakken Shale, Eagle Ford, Marcellus Shale and Utica Shale will require massive amounts of water. It is now becoming clear that we must recycle the water used during the completion process in order to fully develop the massive reserves trapped in the tight shales.

A typical Eagle Ford horizontal well takes 125,000 bbls of water to complete. 280 rigs are now working in the Eagle Ford, making it the most active shale play in the world. The Texas Railroad Commission now estimates that 2,500 Eagle Ford wells will be completed this year and over 3,000 new wells in 2013. It will take decades to fully develop the Eagle Ford, Bakken and the Marcellus Shale. Do the math and you can see that the industry will need many billions of barrels of waterfor this effort. Come to our luncheon on Tuesday and you can hear how one company plans to participate in this HUGE market for recycling water.

Above info was sent out last week by Energy Prospectus to promote Ridgeline's presentation at their Houston luncheon on Tuesday. As I mentioned to you Byron I'll be there and will look for you. I'm working with some guys to get some commercial SWD wells going in the Eagle Ford Shale and we are talking with Ridgeline about bringing them in on the project.

Energy Prospectus usually records the audio of these presentations and makes them available either later on the day of the presentation or the next day.

So far Ridgeline has done very little promotion of their story in the US, so it will be interesting to see how much impact this effort has on their stock price.
