Soooo

Follow the money.

Tim Hall

I own no Maxam and have no intention of buying any. I'm just watching what goes on here. I also admit that IPM appears to have been a con job and I bailed from it as soon as I could after the report.

That said, your tired little old-as-the-hills cute-ass taunt phrase is only stamping "I'm a Prick" on all of your messages. If you want to say "I'm a Prick" at least find an original way to do it.

If that's not what you're trying to do then please explain what you think you're saying with your cliche.

"I only have a copy of the purchase agreement that IPM filed with their 10K. In there it states that Phoenix transferred all ownership and rights to Omega Investment Corporation(a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands) on May 7, 1997, and that all proceeds were to be paid to Omega."

thall: It also says Omega is a subsidiary of Phoenix. Omega is Phoenix. Incorporation in the Caymans may be related to tax reasons, not to harbor ill-gotten gains as you suggest.
