I strongly agree, Bill.

Speaking of the Supreme Court, there were some wins, but many disappointments today with their rulings on the rights of state's to enforce immigration [1] and to punish dangerous juvenile murderers [2].

With Obama and his radicals not only refusing to uphold and enforce the nation's immigration laws, but actively facilitating and financially supporting illegal immigrants, the states truly need to get their acts together from a legal standpoint.

For example, in light of the Supreme Court ruling that states cannot circumvent federal immigration laws, state's must use all means at their disposal to force the Federal government to uphold and enforce all immigration laws. Arizona, for instance, should start by suing the living hell out of the Federal government for damages caused by illegals in their state. The state should make it a top priority to fully document (a) all instances of the Feds not deporting illegals, and (b) all expenses born by Arizona's taxpayers as a consequence of the Feds continuous derelictions. They should take this information and sue their asses off in Federal Court each and every day from sunrise until sunset until every illegal is gone from Arizona soil. Contingencies should be prepared to immediately appeal all losses to the next higher level when activist judges invariable dismiss the lawsuits. Sue, sue, and continue suing, Arizona!!! Sue those Fed bastards until they are broke (which they already are)! -nfg-

Re: "going to be proven dead wrong...."

About WHAT, specifically?

Did I make some prediction or something that you think will not be fulfilled or something?

If so PLS show me where it is so I can know what the heck you are talking about.

(Hint: if it's just a fantasy or dream of yours Bill that doesn't really count. <G>)
