John, I agree, now is a buying opportunity. Thanks for the good information in your post.

I did call the company today and talked to the president, Ira Monas.

THE REVENUES FROM THE FINANCE SUBSIDIARY WAS STRICKLY FEES GENERATED.

The subsidiary does payroll and other financing. It is a VERY high profit sector. They can make 4% in ONE WEEK. The high profitability of this type of financing was also confirmed to me by Alexander Wescott.

FAMH currently have 2 ongoing clients. And they also have other case by case finance contracts.

A client (i.e. another staffing company) may come to Firamada needing to provide 200 employees for company XYZ. But the client may not have the funds available to pay for the wages of the temporary employees, so Firamada's finance subsidiary might finance the payroll until company XYZ pays Firamada's client.

Here is the release that mentions the financing subsidiary:
biz.yahoo.com

The finance subsididary has been in operation since the beginning of September but will not have an underwriter until January.

I was very pleased with the information that I received today.

Cheryl

John,

You wrote,"The New Horizons, and Small Company B funds at Fidelity are the funds that have already bought in and the New Horizons fund manager believes that FAMH will easily see $1.50/shr."

I called Fidelity And asked if they had a Small Company B funds. They said no. I asked if they had Micro-cap funds. They said no. Wondering if you could clarify? I could very easily be missing something.

Thanks,
Cheese

PS I bought in 15k shares today anyway.:-)
