It usually is a person in a can't lose district. other than black caucus members. Maybe a latino from Calif. Like Sanchez.

Could be my new congressman (since I was gerrymandered back into his district, after getting rid of me so the repub would lose and he got in) Van Hollen, he wants to be president so the National exposure he might want
