When I put my caps lock on a little window pops up on the screen for a couple seconds.

I have a Logitech K520 wireless keyboard.

The Gear Head keyboard model KB2300U that I bought for $9.95 at an Office Depot about 6 weeks ago has a caps-lock light. The guy tried his best to push me to a Microsoft ergonomic model for over 25 bucks.
