Would you know if Elena Kagan is recusing herself from passing an opinion on Obamacare?>> I htink she is recusing herself; and I think Roberts will strike down the individual mandate Thursday which puts Obama is a real pickle, not to mention the pain and suffering of the millions who will lose their health care as the "death spiral" ensues when only pools of the sick breaks down the system. Roberts has an agenda to turn this into a right wing coutnry. He is very conservative and a hard core ideologue and with congress moribund the only bosy with power and he knows how to use it.
