The sell signal cannot fail, it was already confirmed... it can only be unconfirmed (failed) or confirmed by yesterday's close, and it was confirmed... this doesn't mean it must be a profitable trade, but the signal itself was already confirmed, so the model is short and the near term trend is downward for now...

If you're asking what would trigger a new buy signal, then that's a different question... we would need a close today above 1356ish to turn the model long...
