That article is not science, it is hand waving. And the argument of clouds is dumb when presented as a only one effect. if one does not understand that when clouds are over head during daylight, the temperature highs are also much lower. On an overcast day one can place one hand on a black auto at noon. On sunny day one can fry and egg or burn one's hand a a black auto.

Now can one measure any change in the cooling overnight in deserts where CO2 is at the new measured all time high..... NO, So one throws out the 2nd law of thermodynamics and proposes nonsense.

Moist air is light air. it rises. It conveys the heat of vaporization from the surface to the upper atmosphere where it becomes ice crystals. now all the green house gas below reflects photons up to space and those that headed that way in the first place find little green house gas to reflect them back.

The laws of physics rule.
