I knew about Moochelle's insurance fraud, but didn't know the reason for Obama's. An application to take the Bar exam includes:

The Character and Fitness Questionnaire, the Illinois State Police Criminal History form, and the Notice and Acknowledgment form must be completed

So the boy lied on one of these forms. Could be the phony SSN, they also ask for your citizenship information.

Everything else is straight forward stuff like addresses, name of mother and father. If he lied on the application it's one of these two items.

He basically didn't disclose illegal drug use. That's why he was disbarred. Evidence in his own book. He also failed to disclose major parking tickets and fines which went unpaid in the hundreds of dollars. Total scofflaw and disregard for the law. Those two things did it.
