interesting and make sense. funny how Jain says oil will collapse because of deflation. He NEVER saw the value of assets... told me to sell my house in 1998 before it doubled and is today at all time high due to faceplant, zingers, apples and gigglers cashing in stock to buy top neighborhoods. probably da same in detroit... good areas are fine and buying art from you... and that art kept going up while the crummy areas collapsed.

also, with NG prices so low in the US and hard to ship offshore, it should bring mfg back for cheap steel, warm in winter offices, etc.... I gotta kick out of watching interviews from Chinese factories with the CEOs in their offices breathing steam as it was so cold....
