Yeah, but I don't need to have an answer for every idle question someone can dream up. But how do you heal something that isn't there? The missing limb is dead and buried. So this is like asking why doesn't God heal your dead and buried grandparent.

I will say that that image of two buildings standing a half mile away from ground zero in Hiroshima, with none of the priests suffering from radiation sickness is pretty impressive. I don't have an answer for how that happened either.

"Seems like a fair question"

God cannot create partial people. Way too hard. He needs to make them all at once. Now if you pray before you step on a land mine (the easiest way is just to mumble a prayer continuously), then he might blow up your buddy instead of you. It depends on His answer.

Sorry, but when you need a TRUE miracle....it will ALWAYS be too late for Yahweh...AND TOO LATE FOR YOU! So ask for small things--early and often. Like to have less anger, Yahweh's forgiveness, clean arm pits--stuff like that.
