Not to worry Mr. Rat. When Romney becomes president he can follow the lead of the current king and simply ignore the law. Precedence is set. IMO the only way to reverse this is to change the law. All the court is saying is that the law was followed in that if the EPA determines "endangerment" - issue over. Now - another way would be to replace the idiot president and his hack EPA chief - then we can simply say - no endangerment. Another way is for Romney to simply say he ain't enforcing that law - and cite the Obama precedence of saying laws that he does not like do not mean a crap. We now have a king/monarchy and not a constitutional republic. Can anyone imagine the screams from the loony left if Bush had done these things? Bob
