"You do realize the basis for all these statements is a lawyer who seeks to recover money for himself and his clients." Yeah, and in that part of the world he's probably risking his life in the process. I somehow didn't read his story as being about money. "I would also set up some kind of fund to pay informants who gave us information that led us to terrorist hideouts." That fund is already there, its been around from the beginning and it's literally sloshing with cash. If not for buying the help of the locals I suspect we'd have very few people trying to "help" us.
