If the goal of Fast and Furious was to create a backlash against assault weapons to help implement gun control then their might be quite a few embarrassing documents. In the case of a spousal exemption from testifying one has to exercise it at the earliest opportunity or it is waived. Isn't the same true of Executive Privilege? One must assume that with slime bags like Holder and Obama the current goal is to stop the release of damning documents until after the November election.
