You do realize SL was under plan for all of 2011 and 1Q 2012 per their own plan, dont you.

Or are you too busy creating new IDs ?

Oh, balderdash. I've drafted lots of commercial leases as the lessor and I have never included a provision that the lessee has to "fill" the space. Fill it with what?

All the tenant has to do is pay the rent. They can leave it empty (in fact I'm certain the landlord would prefer it that way).
