The new meme to expect from the democrats if the mandate is struck down but the rest of the HC bill stands:

FoxNews had a Dem representative on this morning (don't recall who). His comment was on Romney stating that if the entire law is not struck down, he will move to repeal it. The Dem's remark was that Romney should not do this since the Supreme Court would have said the rest should stand.

No... If only the mandate is struck down, the rest of the bill stands, but that doesn't mean that the Supreme Court is taking a position one way or the other whether the legislative branch should or should not take steps to repeal the rest of the law.

Expect the Dems to go into full spin mode after tomorrow's ruling, no matter what it is.

It's the core premise of the HC bill.
I do not think such a provision is in there. Show where it says we must attend Obama fundraisers.
