Upton seems enormously undervalued. The sale of the properties is translated into lower cash flow and production. As low as the market is indicating I don't know. The stock is currently trading at three times expected cashflow. Will this rise to a reasonable 6X cashflow I don't know?

Keith, I don't know what is happening here. Two news letters I get have recently highly reccomended it. Nesbitt indicates the stock is extremely oversold. They supposedly have come out with a report on Upton this week. I have been unable to get my hands on it.

Scotia McLeod are also very bullish on the stock.
