I have a great idea to save billions of dollars and waste. The government should have an online publicly accessible database that has the name, address and amount of every person that is receiving government assistance. Food stamps, welfare, disability, etc. Fraud would be reduced drastically. Working neighbors would report other neighbors that are double dipping. Maybe we can bring the shame back for receiving a handout.
