The tech exists already and is small enough. Matter of who makes it happen first, at this point.
I think you may be wrong about the size. I haven't seen pico projectors or keyboard projectors that are smaller than, say, a deck of cards. Obviously, that size is fine for a standalone product, but fitting it into a phone would be another matter.
