Cities are falling into decay because every dime that comes in goes to retiree benefits. These cities only know how to increase spending and benefits. Their politicians lack the moral courage to do what needs to be done so they are beginning to use the bankruptcy courts as fall guys…some place to put the blame. Like city and state politicians, Congress and POTUS only know how to increase spending! The USA is rapidly digging towards a similar hole too deep.
