Has Roberts become the new David Souter? Very disappointing decision. The Mandate is sold as being not a tax and now the SCOTUS upholds it as a tax.

What is the problem with Republicans when they appoint judges who disappoint so often. It is a joke, the liberals march in lockstep. Well I guess it proves the Republicans are the party of stupid. lj
