This is effectively a huge tax increase on 16 million Medicaid recipients, since states can't afford to pay for them and will essentially kill their eligibility.

It is unbelievable that Justice Roberts would rule against the Constitution. I might have believed that Kennedy would have.

This is not the same country it was a week ago.
