getting pregnant before marriage

being on drugs while pregnant

not providing for your child

not naming father of your child

not graduating high school

being here illegally

not having at least a b average in school

not being on grade level in math and english

Why should they tax that? Dems like all this behavior.

the four leftist judges wanted obamacare approved - they wanted that end. all of them agreed the individual mandate was a tax to achieve that end.
