I am surprised at Roberts.

Roberts was smart.........he was thinking of how history would view him and not his ideology. Scalia must have been pissed.

Of course, now the word is that Rs will be super galvanized to vote in November but I think they may in fact be demoralized..........esp with Romney as the candidate.

Next worry..........some winger nutcase decides to try and assassinate Obama.
