yet another supreme court challenge to this TAX citing the 14th amendment

if they refuse to hear it, it would appear that the congress's ability to tax supersedes all other constitutional protections

I wonder if Roberts addressed the constitutionality of 'waivers' in light of his finding that the penalty is tax.

I believe it is a violation of the 14 Amendment. I suppose anyone not exempted has standing.
The Courts would likely say the case is not ripe until you are required to pay the tax or penalized for not paying.
