Obama's signature

Handwriting analysis:

Homosexual (backward leaning first letter of first name)

VERY unhealthy: (The forward side of the O starting the last name--broken into four separate attempts to make the single side of the front part of the O }

Inflated ego: the size of the first letter of each name as opposed to the size of the non caps.
the huge height of the b (2nd letter of last name)

The Continuing Injustice Of Obamacare Waivers

American Thinker ^ | 28 June 2012 | Clay Hegar

It may be hard to keep track of with the round-the-clock news cycle, but the continuing injustice of waivers to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act deserves careful scrutiny by the American citizenry.

The list of granted waivers now stands at 733. A glance reveals that much of this favored class is made up of the law's biggest supporters: unions and health care providers. A more extensive analysis of the list would be a waste of time; the salient point is that it is a manifestation of privilege -- i.e., Americans are unequal under Obamacare. While some are given exemptions to the new law, some will be punished for failure to adhere to it.

If it's such a "victory" for the admin and the public, why are so many (several are Obama's pet groups) applying and receiving exemption?

some animals are more equal than others.

So... since THIS is a documented FACT, why wasn’t it part of the justices’ consideration?

No ‘law’ can be applied SO unevenly and STILL be a law, can it?

Kagan's Conflict of Interest

Why didn't Kagan recuse herself in Obamacare?

This decision should be vacated owing to Kagan's conflict of interest in sitting on the case while holding a conflict of interest.
"As solicitor general of the United States, Justice Elena Kagan served as the head of an office responsible for formulating the Obama administration’s legal defense of its domestic agenda priority — Obamacare. "

"According to Section 455(b)(3) of Title 28 of the U.S. Code, justices must disqualify themselves in cases where they have “served in governmental employment and in such capacity participated as counsel, adviser, or material witness concerning the proceeding or expressed an opinion concerning the merits of the particular case or controversy.” In United States v. Gipson, the Tenth Circuit held that judges must recuse themselves if they have “previously taken a part, albeit small, in the investigation, preparation, or prosecution of a case.” Other courts have suggested that, merely by virtue of a lawyer’s position as the head of an office during the preparation of a case, he or she is disqualified to sit as a judge on that case."

"Previously undisclosed e-mails that the Justice Department has released pursuant to court order demonstrate Kagan’s direct involvement in the administration’s defense of the president’s health law from the very beginning. "
