Scott, Yeah I'm with you, I got out this morning, just in time. I really would like to get back in but am going to wait for the audit to be released. Then we'll see if there really is a future for this or if it is just a shell. Either way the company does have a good idea and i'm sure some company, maybe not KESE, but someone will make a ton of money through deregulation. The problem is weeding through the crap and finding one you can really trust. Good luck to all, I'll be keeping an eye on this one . Happy Thanksgiving, Neal
