It does not happen often but there is a divergence between the price action which is down and the OBV which is up. Essentially it means the trading volume on the days the stock closed towards the top of the range was significantly higher than the days where the stock close towards the bottom of the range. It can mean that buying is happen on the stock as it sells off.

I can't think of a short term catalyst on INTC which would cause this right now, but it is one to watch.
