citizens get to vote and the majority rule. If we don't like obama care, democrat representatives, senators then we have to get out and vote. Of course we hope the new ones don't tax us even more!

a major problem almost 50% of the population doesn't pay taxes so why would they throw out obama.

it should make it harder for dems to push their liberal crap down our throats, now they will have to base it on taxation, not the commerce clause. Wonder how roe v wade would have worked on based on taxes

It says the government can tax you $2000 a year if you don't buy a Chevy Volt, for example. Or in Justice Scalia's example, the government can tax you for not eating broccoli.
