Wonder what the new tax return forms are going to look like.
MA has had a similar law for several years, with a similar penalty. On the tax form, there is just a checkbox, and employers are required to provide a form documenting coverage. I assume if you have individual coverage the provider supplies the paperwork. I suppose if you efile you could just check the box and take your chances.
