A dark shocking day. And worse, repeal will NEVER happen. For even if Romney wins and actually follows through on his pledge to overturn ObamaCare he would have to get past a Senate filibuster.

Thus, as long as the Dems have 40 votes in the Senate they could block any repeal. And it's highly unlikely they'll fall below 40 votes even if November is a GOP rout.

And after 2012 more and more entitlements kick in and it becomes ever more infeasible politically to repeal.

We lost big time today, maybe even bigger than most realize. My head is still spinning, we've been sold down the river.
