I really appreciate the time you spent on that. I think you see the dangerous ground Roberts has tread upon. The conservative action, especially in such an important piece of legislation is not to play the role of legislator/judicial activist and presume anything by some previous history and send it back to the Congress to correct rather than rewriting the law and claiming that is interpretation.
