Outsourcing of jobs to foreign countries would indeed in normal labor constrained industry relieve inflation. I don't see how that applies to healthcare providers in the United States unless they start offering programs to get treatment in foreign countries. I don't see efficiency as a way to maximize profits for stockholders, you have to remember that you and I and everybody else has to pay for Medicaid and Medicare and our costs are lowererd through increased efficiency. Accepting inefficiency because of a fear of somebody making a 10% profit on a stock price appreciation seems misplaced to me. These companies don't make outrageous profits like Apple Computer, they are just healthcare providers and making a reasonable rate of return isn't greed at all.
