Upholding the restrictions on Congress under the Commerce clause was a big-time win long term

It was a warning, not a precedent. Robert's opinion on the Commerce clause was his opinion, not the Court's. He could have gotten the 4 dissenters to join him and make it the Court's opinion, but he didn't.

My initial reaction to the decision was that government run health care had become inevitable. Now, I think we have a good shot to overturn.

Now the election is a referendum on Obama, the economy and Obamacare.
