Obama Wins the Battle, Roberts Wins the War The chief justice’s canny move to uphold the Affordable Care Act while gutting the Commerce Clause. By Tom Scocca|Posted Thursday, June 28, 2012, at 11:59 AM ET

We'll know in 30 years whether this was for good or ill.

Right now, I still feel pretty sick to my stomach.

Every time I hear this monstrosity called the Affordable Care Act I feel as though I am living in a non-parallel universe where black is white and evil is good. There is absolutely nothing 'affordable' and no amount of 'caring' in this act. Obama has officially become a character from Through the Looking Glass, and he's leading the historically most moral and prosperous country in the history of mankind off a premeditated cliff, while portraying it as a road to utopia.

It's all a bunch of BS. He has one job, it's not an easy one, but it's very clear. Determine whether the laws written are Constitutional. And he failed, so did the other liberal retards on the bench.

The Republican Congress is already blowing it. They should have called for an emergency session to rescind all of ObamaCare minute one. Call an emergency session of Congress and get everyone on the record to vote. Let's see how many Democrats still support this obnoxious legislation? Then hammer the nay voters every day until election day.

Fascinating differences of opinion on this issue here on PfP.

Edit: And btw, that was a lefty arguing that their side lost.
