Geez, don't you guys do any research on this stock at all? Or are you just chart studying?

Scott Blum is William Blum's son. Scott Blum at one time, when they couldn't get product to market, had a fancy VP of Marketing title. Then he left, was payed a VERY handsome severance pay ($16,667/month for 3 years... do the math). Then was issued subcontracts from Pinnacle for his new software company. I suggest you all go back and look at some old 10-K/Q or at least previous posts on this stock. i.e. #1297.
The Bums, oops, I mean Blums have done very well financially with this company. 190,000 shares at <$1 is nothing to old Bill.
This stock did trade in the double digits at one time, but never will again, IMHO.
...In this stocks case, it's important to study history, but not repeat it. IMO
