Just like most states where you pay $400 as a tax because you don't want to buy the minimum requirements for liability insurance for driving, the payment provides no coverage whatsover, yet the State enriches itself off of the $400 tax from somebody most likely that cannot afford it. The State in the example of auto insurance and especially the Federal Govt in the same position is basically ripping off lower middle class young people to enrich themselves, their cronies, and bureaucracies. Obama is nothing more than a flim flam man stealing money from people using his armed IRS agents as his highway robbers.
