If one doesn't keep a lot of cash in the bank, how else does one "buy" his options? He sells stock! Let's not assume that everytime an insider sells stock, he is doing so to the detriment of other shareholders. I would like to see the chatter on this subject die. It only helps the shorts.

Hello Michael;

Do not put to much weight in this notce regarging MO and his shares, at this time in the equation it is a moot point.

But to add to it, directors of KRY were told during the summer that if they wanted to sell any shares to do it then. They were also told that a moratorium would be in place, on the selling or buying of shares by any directors.

Another words, in order to keep this whole deal above board for the SEC, any selling or buying was to be done and annouced last summer, so as to be as distanced "time wise" from the actual deal as far as possible.This so no director could leave the impression with the SEC that anyone is proffiting from insider knowledge of the whole process.

"Moratorium" Just covering all the bases, This is what good management is all about.

Hail to the Fungmeister, King of the Dealmakers!!

With regards,Frank

P.S.The time is near?
