I know he is stupid, but I don't think he is that stupid. If he did it before the election he would be finished. Also the church would file suit. Six of the nine Justices on the Supreme Court are Catholic. BTW Archbishop Naumann has all but excommunicated Kathleen Sebelius. catholicculture.org
