Nonsense. It is clear from what Roberts said that he was going to find a way to allow this law stand. If he hadn't used this convoluted illogical excuse he would have found some other.

People are desperately trying to make sense of this ruling. That is futile since it was senseless. Everything about it was slipshod, sloppy, idiotic.
