In response to two questions of mine Mr. Harary made the following comments. 1. The reason REFR was able to gain admittance to the National NASDAQ market was because their Market Capitalization exceeded $75.000,000. It took over three months to get approval for the National NASDAQ listing because NASDAQ did a very comprehensive and thorough due diligence. Thus REFR came out with "flying colors" after several major entities: the investment companies that are providing additional financing and NASDAQ conducted long and comprehensive DD. 2. Some REFR shareholders may be concerned over how the problems in some Asian countries may affect Hankuk and Sanyo: two major REFR licensees. Actually, it could be a plus for them and for REFR since when the won is under pressure Asian companies would benefit much from their export activities; recall that Hankuk has the WORLDWIDE rights to manufacture the film. Moreover, Mr. Harary was in contact with them recently and they assured him that all was okay. My comments: Given the volatility of the markets, the weakness in the small cap and micro-cap stocks, the Asian economic problems, year-end tax-selling, etc., REFR is holding up EXTREMELY WELL! HAPPY THANKSGIVING! I believe that next Thanksgiving will be even HAPPIER for us.
