Regardless of what we hear about "this will make it hard on Obama to win" and "Roberts really did the right a favor" or whatever ...

What he did, for certain, is set a precedent of the US Supreme Court REWRITING legislation and declaring it constitutional. That precedent will come back to haunt us again and again, when the left has something that is unconstitutional before the court, the liberal justices now will be perfectly able to just rewrite it so it will pass muster.

He granted the Court powers not granted by the constitution. In other words he stepped on the constitution, just like Obama does, for convenience at the moment.

I do believe he has opened a real pandora's box, regardless of what happens with Obamacare. This will haunt the country .. literally forever.

"Now jallen and his girlfriend, Topcat, are over on MJ's thread attacking me. I guess they consider her thread a throwaway where they don't care if they get banned.

But both of them are such liberal weenies that they don't dare attack me on Lindy Bill's thread -- even though, jallen has tried to pick a fight with me there. LOL!"

Goodness, pretty full of yourself, aren't you?
