Someone/somefund could write off a lot of profits with some tax selling here, esp since we don't really know what the SEC was unhappy about re the 'meeting'.

I wholeheartedly concur. At this point, I'm just hoping to recover 50% of my losses, or as you said let's wait 'to see what's going to happen.'
As I see it, two scenarios are possible,

1) the company turns around as the Disk drive industry rebounds from this trough, while the 3" factor drives become commonplace as 2.5" drives becomes phased out. Thus, JTS's stock price gets bid up to the stratosphere!!!

2) the company declares bankruptcy (beacuse they have ZERO cash, they cannot meet their debts as they become due). All the small shareholders file a nasty class action lawsuit and we prevail :)
Not to mention the SEC investigates corporate management and the major shareholders for impropriety.. who knows. maybe even prosecution.

Just food for thought...
These are purely speculation and are not meant to be taken literally.
Comments & feedback eagerly requested.

Happy Thanksgiving all (We have a lot to be thankful for owning JTS stock!)
