You are simply grandstanding on an irrelevancy and being ridiculous What a revelation that this rare attempt to respond in his own words would be just so heavily weighted with the absurd , irrelevant & non sequitur . While including a link in the post he didn't bother to read that shows all of his criticisms are blown up in smoke , just doesn't get more redundant & rediculous . You know if Nature could cherry pick as fast as some duck billed platypus /homosap's can mindlessly cut & paste we would all have been on board one of Bruno's flying saucers 3,500,000,000 yrs ago, for evolution would have just instantly flown us all from one celled microrganisms to spontaneous alien geniuses over night ! (You don't even need evolution because there's the "*other dimensions"* where everything happens spontaneously , don't you know! )

Don't you even bother to READ your cut n' pastes?? The Nature article you refer to shows clearly where it fits (platypus) on the Evolutionary tree and gives a wonderful diagram! Please, how daft does it get ?But at least it was an attempt to respond without cut n paste, though wrinkled with absurdity thru & thru. Trying to "appear" to be making some valid points , forgetting even to read the links in your posts by the informed scientists , why does this just ring of another condition that is predominately psychologically based form of denial? Same old same old , lets repeat falsehoods over & over again and that will make it sound true because were trying to win votes and not respect reality . Forget all the steps it took or all the painful ages of adaptations & selecting out life had to endure that has been shown , identified over & over again . What small minded creatures indeed to resist one of the most epic visions man as ever had tying together almost every science known to show a total picture , only proves we aren't that very much evolved from our stone age supertitious brothers still . Fortunately we have science now to keep record , improve & pave a way into the future on steadier roads and not tarry here . As you said , still just in a transitional state like 1600's thru 1900's ...now that its 2012 just give it about 90 more years.

God, the Call of the Platypus and the incredible "divine superfluousness" of the Echidna's Four~Headed Penis! The LORD truely has a sense of humor & this is truely factual , thought provoking & funny too. Only the poor delluded soul could miss this as being instructional & demonstrating in effect interspecies plasticity in front of their eyes , these two last related creatures in this one unique cross over niche . The wonder of it ALL! Four Penis heads better than one ! (quite good actually ) The Call of the Platypus, quite cute , only in Australia does God create this crazy stuff !
