What is "over-the-counter" supposed to mean? WSJ put 'NASDAQ' on this field for most other NASDAQ stocks.

Leo, based on October's top sellers analysis, RomTech lost his position in each category. Is the positive trend broken?. Of course it doesn't mean that their sale decreased.
