Ah, I forgot to mention some other facts listed on WSJ's briefing book: Institutional Holdings: N/A Number of Institution: 1 Primary Market: Over-the-Counter What is "over-the-counter" supposed to mean? WSJ put 'NASDAQ' on this field for most other NASDAQ stocks.
