I need illegal immigrant status for my kids. My son is going to college out of state. I pay out of state tuition. Illegal immigrants in that state are charged in-state tuition. Several states offer a Guatamalan in state tuition while an American from another state pays out of state tuition of up to 300% the cost of in state, with the provision, of course, that the Guatamalan is an illegal alien. Works for illegal Asians, Hispanics, Europeans, Martians, but not for Americans.
