This needs to go right back to court where it needs to be challenged as an illegal direct Tax that is not apportioned among the States. Take this monstrosity right back to court now and fight for its repeal. Agree 100%. The Supreme Court is supposed to protect individuals and states from stupidity in government. When stupidity occupies a majority, the Court is supposed to have the backbone to stand up for right. It now appears from reports that Chief Justice Roberts, in a late shift of "opinion," put his reputation with the liberal establishment ahead of the American people and chose spinelessness over principle.
