All credit card rates are based on LIBOR. If LIBOR is fake, then credit card interest rates are fake and if people were overcharged interest, they are due fair compensation for those overcharges. Plus fines, and penalties, especially to those with cards.

Well, when major crapola happens, its unprofessional just to finger point.

However, I am not surprised at all by what these guys have done to destroy the human races ability to earn a living.

2008 was no surprise, and was in fact designed to happen with our financial apparatus in its current form.

These guys have to learn to be "unelliptical". Define what the problem is and fix it.
